Biographical summary
Kelsey McHugh, M.D., is an anatomic and clinic pathologist with subspecialty expertise in gastrointestinal, hepatic and pancreatobiliary pathology as well as cytopathology. Her clinical focus includes:
- Expertise in diagnosis of inflammatory disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, pancreatobiliary tract, and liver
- Expertise in diagnosis of neoplastic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, pancreatobiliary tract, and liver
- Expertise in fine needle aspiration and exfoliative cytopathology
In addition to her clinical activities, Dr. McHugh actively participates in research and education. She lectures nationally and internationally and is the author of more than 30 peer-reviewed medical and scientific manuscript publications as well as several book chapters.
