ONC Real World Testing at Mayo Clinic for Public Health Reporting via Electronic Laboratory Reporting (ELR)

    Real World Testing is a requirement set by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) under the 21st Century Cures Act. Health IT developers must submit Real World Test plans and results annually to demonstrate interoperability and functionality in real-world settings. Mayo Clinic Lab Registry was certified in 2024.
