  Authorized users can generate the Electronic Health Information (EHI) for a single patient and the patient population in HL7 2.5.1 format.
• File Type Details:
  Text File in HL7 2.5.1 Format saved with a .txt file extension.
• Data Dictionary:
  Please refer data dictionary questions to the HL7 2.5.1 Implementation Guide Mappings/Definitions.
• Instructions for how to access the data:
  All requests are coordinated through Mayo Clinic’s Health Information Management Services.
