Todd A. Milbrandt, M.D., is the chair of the pediatric orthopedic surgery division at the Mayo Clinic, in Rochester, MN.

He holds a degree in biology from the University of Puget Sound and received medical and masters in surgical research degrees from the University of Virginia. He completed his residency in orthopaedics at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center and specialized in pediatric orthopaedics with training at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas. He has been in practice since 2004.

He is Board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and is currently the Division Chair and Consultant at Mayo Clinic, Division of Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery. He cares for all patients with pediatric musculoskeletal concerns including, clubfeet, patella instability, scoliosis, and pediatric fractures. His clinical and research interests include non-fusion surgery for scoliosis. In his partnership with Dr. Larson, he enrolls patients in both local and national studies to investigate innovative techniques and holds patents in the non-fusion scoliosis space.

He is a long-time, active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America. Recently, he served as the Secretary on POSNA's board of directors and was elected to the Presidential line in 2022.
