哮鸣是呼吸时发出的高调哨声。哮鸣可能发生在呼气时，也可能发生在吸气时。呼吸困难时可能会出现哮鸣，也可能不会出现。

如果哮鸣符合以下情况，请寻求急救护理：
- 在蜜蜂蜇伤、服用药物或摄入一种致过敏的食物后突然开始。
- 发生在您呼吸极度困难或皮肤发蓝或发灰时。
- 发生在因小物件或食物呛噎后。
自我护理措施
可尝试以下方法，缓解与感冒或上呼吸道感染相关的轻度哮鸣：
- 加湿空气。 使用加湿器、洗个蒸汽浴，或者坐在浴室地板上，关上门打开热水淋浴。潮湿的空气有时可能缓解轻度哮鸣。
- 多喝水。 热水可能松弛气道，并松解咽喉中粘稠的黏液。
- 远离烟草烟雾。 抽烟或接触烟雾可能会加重哮鸣。
- 服用开具的所有药物。 遵照医疗护理专业人员的指导。
