当您的排便次数超过您的正常排便次数时,就意味着排便频繁。所谓排便频繁,没有规定的次数。您可能认为每天数次即为不寻常,尤其排便次数异于您的正常情况时。没有其他症状的排便频繁可能由生活方式所致,比如食用的纤维量增加。水样便和腹部绞痛等症状则可能意味着某种问题。
如果排便更频繁且伴有以下任何体征或症状,请就医:
- 粪便的稠度、量或外观有变化,如反复排出窄带状粪便或水样稀便
- 腹痛
- 粪便带血或黏液
