- 尽可能抬高双脚。避免长时间站立。如果可能的话,坐姿双脚抬起,偶尔围绕脚踝转动双脚,轻轻弯曲双脚,以伸展小腿肌肉。更好的做法是,双腿抬高躺着。
- 睡觉时采取左侧卧位。这样可以减轻对下腔静脉(使血液从身体的下半部分返回到心脏的大静脉)的压力。如果用枕头稍微抬高双腿,也可能有所帮助。
- 穿压力袜。您的医疗服务提供者可能会建议在白天穿支撑性的紧身衣或长筒袜。
- 每天锻炼身体。散步、骑健身单车或在游泳池里游几圈。
- 在游泳池里站立或行走。虽然对使用水压治疗脚部和脚踝肿胀的研究很少,但在游泳池中站立或行走似乎有助于压缩腿部组织,从而可能暂时缓解孕期肿胀。
