如果您在过去 6 到 12 个月内体重下降了 5% 以上,请咨询医务人员。
发热似乎在对抗感染方面起到关键作用。持续发热可能表示已经感染 COVID-19 等疾病。如果您出现发热,并伴有咳嗽和疲劳等症状,请立即咨询医务人员。医务人员可能会建议您进行 COVID-19 检测。如果您出现 COVID-19 的紧急症状,如呼吸困难,请立即就医。如果您需要前往医院,请提前拨打电话。然后医务人员会采取措施以确保其他人不受感染。
发热也可能是许多其他传染病的症状,例如尿路感染、结核病等。有些药物会导致发热。
如果您的体温达到 39.4℃(103℉)或更高,请致电医务人员。如果您发热超过三天,请致电医务人员。
剧烈运动、极端温度、肥胖和高海拔都可能导致气短。气短也可能是其它健康问题的体征。如果您出现原因不明的气短,特别是突然出现且情况很严重,请寻求紧急医疗护理。
导致气短的原因可能包括慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管炎、哮喘、感染性肺炎或肺部血凝块(肺栓塞)。其他病因包括心肺问题。呼吸困难也可能在惊恐发作时出现,惊恐发作是指在没有真正的危险或明显的原因时触发重度生理反应的突发强烈焦虑。
正常的排便情况差别很大。如果您发现以下异常或不明原因的排便变化,请咨询医务人员:
排便习惯改变可能是细菌感染(例如弯曲杆菌或沙门菌感染)或者病毒或寄生虫感染的体征。其他可能的原因包括肠易激疾病和结肠癌。
如果您突发以下情况,请寻求医疗救治:
许多问题都可能导致这些变化,例如感染、脱水、营养不良、心理健康状况或用药情况。
如果您经常过早地有饱腹感或比平时饭量减少,则应该接受医务人员的检查。您可能会有这种感觉(称为早期饱腹感),同时伴有恶心、呕吐、腹胀或体重减轻。如果您出现这种情况,一定要将这些症状告诉医务人员。
早期饱腹感可能的诱因包括胃食管反流病(即常说的 GERD)和消化性溃疡。有时,诱因可能是更加严重的问题,比如胃癌。
亮点或闪光有时可能是偏头痛的迹象。如果不是,突然的闪光也可能是视网膜脱离的迹象,具体表现为眼睛后部的薄层组织从其位置脱离,这是一种严重的状况。立即就诊有助于防止永久性视力丧失。
