饮酒过量会使血管壁承受的压力升高到不健康的水平。一次饮酒超过三杯会短时间升高血压。反复狂饮可能可导致血压长期升高。
至于多少饮酒量才算过量,我们有必要了解饮酒过量的含义。
- 狂饮意味着女性在两小时内喝四杯或更多酒,男性在两小时内喝五杯或更多酒。
- 适度饮酒是指女性每天最多喝一杯,男性每天最多喝两杯。
- 大量饮酒是指女性每天喝三杯以上,男性每天喝四杯以上。
大量饮酒者减少饮酒量至适度饮酒,即可令血压读数中上面的数字降低约 5.5 毫米汞柱(mm Hg),并令下面的数字降低约 4 mm Hg。
如果您患有高血压,请不要饮酒或不要喝太多酒。对于健康成人来说,适量饮酒是指女性每天最多一杯,男性每天最多两杯。
一杯是指:
- 355 毫升(12 盎司)啤酒。
- 148 毫升(5 盎司)葡萄酒。
- 44 毫升(1.5 盎司)40 度蒸馏酒。
请记住,酒精含有热量,可能导致体重增长。体重增长会增加您患高血压的几率。酒精可能改变某些降压药的效果。还可能影响体内的药物水平或导致更多副作用。
