是。输卵管是卵子穿过卵巢到达子宫的一对管道。每月排卵期，其中一个卵巢会释放一个卵子，沿着一侧的输卵管向下行进，在那里精子可能会（也可能不会）对其授精。

如果您曾因感染、肿瘤或既往异位妊娠接受过盆腔手术，则可能只有一根输卵管。有时候，某些女性天生就只有一根输卵管。但倘若符合以下条件，您仍然可以只通过一根输卵管怀孕：

如果您在备孕后无法怀孕，或有已知的输卵管病史，请去妇科医生或生殖内分泌科医生处就诊以进行评估。
