否。喝牛奶不会使身体产生痰液。
痰是肺部和上呼吸道产生的黏稠黏液。感冒时,鼻子和咽喉里的黏液会更黏稠。黏液中含有被粘住的细菌以及免疫系统派出去清除细菌的蛋白质和细胞。
有关牛奶与黏液的研究并不多。但我们的研究表明,我们的感知可能助长人们相信牛奶会引起更多的黏液。
1948 年,约 600 名患者接受了有关黏液和牛奶的调查;其中大多数人是因为眼睛问题就医。医务人员对抱怨黏液较多的患者进行了黏液检测。有些患者喝牛奶,有些患者不喝。结论是牛奶并不会导致黏液增多。
