妊娠期间服用抗生素是否安全？

在怀孕期间，常常会使用抗生素。剖腹产时通常也会使用抗生素。不过，在怀孕期间只有部分抗生素是安全的，其他抗生素则不然。
安全性取决于多种因素，包括抗生素的种类、服用抗生素的孕期阶段、治疗持续时间及剂量。
通常认为在怀孕期间使用以下抗生素是安全的：
- 青霉素类，包括阿莫西林（Amoxil、Larotid）和氨苄西林。
- 头孢菌素类，包括头孢克洛和头孢氨苄。
- 克林霉素（Cleocin、Clinda-Derm 等）。
- 甲硝唑（Flagyl、Metrogel 等）。
据认为，怀孕期间使用其他抗生素会带来风险。例如，四环素类药物可影响骨骼发育并导致宝宝牙齿变色。妊娠第 5 周后，不建议使用四环素类药物。孕早期使用呋喃妥因（Furadantin）可能增加唇裂风险。但在孕中期和孕晚期使用是安全的。
红霉素、克拉霉素和阿奇霉素等大环内酯类抗生素与胎儿心律状况及早产有关。但一些研究表明，在怀孕期间需要用于某些性传播感染、胎膜早破以及作为附加疗法用于分娩开始后的剖腹产时，阿奇霉素等大环内酯类药物可能是安全的。还需要对此展开更多研究。
