Ingredients
- 2 (6-inch) whole-wheat pita loaves
- 1/2 cup marinara
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced button mushrooms
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 6 tablespoons part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons turkey bacon bits
Directions
Heat the oven to 375 F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place the pitas on the baking sheet. Spread marinara over the pitas. Top pizzas with equal amounts of onion, mushrooms, pineapple and peppers; sprinkle with cheeses and bacon bits. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
