This recipe makes more simple syrup than you'll need. Keep the extra in the refrigerator for several days.

Ingredients
Simple syrup:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Margaritas:
- 2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons simple syrup
- Cut fresh fruit to garnish
Directions
In a small saucepan, heat sugar and water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and chill.
In a blender, add ice, juice and simple syrup. Blend until smooth, pour in favorite chilled glass and garnish rim with cut fruit.
