Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 2/3 cup unsweetened orange juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Sugar substitute, to taste
Directions
In a microwaveable bowl, combine the cranberries, orange juice and cornstarch. Stir well. Microwave on high until the mixture thickens, about 3 to 4 minutes. Stir several times during cooking. Set aside to cool.
Add the sugar substitute to taste. The glaze should be tart. Serve over chicken, turkey or pork. This is also an excellent sauce for grilling, roasting or using as a marinade.
