Insomnia care at Mayo Clinic
Your Mayo Clinic care team
Mayo Clinic experts in sleep medicine diagnose and treat people who have sleep problems and disorders. This includes doctors called pulmonologists, trained in lung and breathing conditions; neurologists, trained in brain and nervous system conditions; psychiatrists and psychologists, trained in mental health conditions. Your care team may include a registered nurse, registered sleep technologist and others. Your sleep medicine team also can work with other Mayo specialists if you have other health conditions.
Team members listen to your concerns, do testing and help develop a plan for your needs. Each Mayo Clinic location — Arizona, Florida and Minnesota — has a certified sleep medicine center.
