Walking lunges
Warm up with a functional move that strengthens your whole lower body.
- Step forward with your right leg into a lunge position, and then momentarily step together.
- Then, lunge with the left leg and step together.
- Alternate legs as you lunge-walk.
- Do 10 steps on each side for up to 3 sets.
