Find a hallway and try some walking lunges

Walking lunges

Warm up with a functional move that strengthens your whole lower body.

  1. Step forward with your right leg into a lunge position, and then momentarily step together.
  2. Then, lunge with the left leg and step together.
  3. Alternate legs as you lunge-walk.
  4. Do 10 steps on each side for up to 3 sets.
