Program Features for Spine Care

Mayo Clinic staff is friendly and compassionate and provides care for everyone who needs healing.

There are many reasons to receive care through the Walmart Centers of Excellence Program. The program offers you enhanced benefits to help you get the care you need.

Your plan may include enhanced benefits such as travel and lodging.

Spine surgery

This is a program for associates and dependents enrolled in the following eligible plans offered through the Walmart Inc. Associates' Health and Welfare Plan:

If you have had an abnormal spine MRI within the last 12 months, or if you have been told you need spine surgery, you are eligible to participate in the spine surgery Walmart Center of Excellence program.

You and a care companion may be eligible to travel to Mayo Clinic for an evaluation and have your travel and lodging expenses covered. After you are evaluated, if surgery is recommended, the program will provide coverage for the surgery as well.
