Your plan may include enhanced benefits such as travel and lodging.

Knee and hip joint replacement surgery

This is a program for associates and dependents enrolled in the following eligible plans offered through the Walmart Inc. Associates' Health and Welfare Plan:

If you have been told that you could benefit from a knee replacement or a hip replacement, you may be eligible to participate in the joint replacement Walmart Center of Excellence program.

You and a care companion may be eligible to travel to Mayo Clinic and have your travel and lodging expenses covered. Your knee or hip replacement will be covered at 100% (HSA Plan enrollees must meet their annual deductible first).
