Jose Villasboas Bisneto, M.D., is a physician and researcher who specializes in hematology, oncology, and immunology. He is currently an assistant professor of medicine and oncology, a consultant in the division of hematology, and the director of the Mayo Clinic Immune Monitoring Core.

Dr. Villasboas Bisnetos research interests include hematologic malignancies, high dimensional cytometry, high dimensional multiplex imaging, single-cell analysis, and tumor immunology. He has published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and abstracts, and has received several honors and awards for his work, such as the Abstract Achievement Award from the American Society of Hematology and the Quality Fellow Award from the Mayo Clinic Quality Academy.
