Biographical summary
Dr. Saeed Kamran Shaffi, M.B.B.S., is a board-certified nephrologist with expertise in glomerulonephritis and resistant hypertension.
Dr. Shaffi obtained his medical degree from Rawalpindi Medical College. He trained in internal medicine at the Creighton University where he was a Chief Resident. He pursued nephrology training at Brown University and furthered his expertise with a research fellowship at Tufts University.
Dr. Shaffi later joined the faculty of Medicine at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and the New Mexico Veterans Affairs Hospital where he was an Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine / Division of Nephrology.
Dr. Shaffi's practice focuses on a wide range of kidney diseases with a special emphasis on the management of glomerulonephritis and hypertension.
