Biographical summary
Lauren Ng, M.D., M.P.H., is an internist and neurocritical care specialist. She obtained her MD and MPH in health policy administration from the University of Illinois and then completed her internal medicine residency at George Washington University, followed by a fellowship in neurocritical care from Thomas Jefferson University.
Her interests are in acute neurological emergencies, specifically intracerebral hemorrhage and is a part of the intracerebral hemorrhage workgroup at Mayo Clinic, which aims to improve clinical outcomes through early intervention and is the site-PI for the NIH StrokeNet FASTEST clinical trial. She is also dedicated to education and is a fellow in the Academy of Educational Excellence at Mayo Clinic and serves as the Associate Program Director of the Neurocritical Care Fellowship.
