Biographical summary
Kate Freeman, M.B., B.Ch., is an Allergist and Clinical Immunologist who provides care for pediatric and adult patients with allergic disease, asthma and immunodeficiency.
She has a clinical focus on the following conditions:
- Primary immunodeficiency and dysregulation diseases, including evaluation and management
- Secondary immunodeficiency related to use of immunomodulatory therapeutic agents
- Eosinophilic disorders
- Urticaria and angioedema
- Patient education and shared decision making
- Multidisciplinary care coordination of complex allergic or immunologic disease
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Freeman is active in the teaching and mentorship of fellows and residents. She is an Assistant Professor at the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine and Co-director of the immunology block at Alix School of Medicine.
