Overview
The Department of Psychiatry & Psychology at Mayo Clinic in Florida provides evaluations, diagnosis and treatment in general psychiatry and psychology. Board-certified specialists are available in geriatric psychiatry, sleep medicine, addictions, health psychology and neuropsychology. The department participates in the operation of a sleep disorders center and a nicotine dependence center.

Psychology
The Division of Psychology provides a broad range of patient evaluation, education and therapy services, including neuropsychological assessment of cognitive disorders, psychological evaluations of mood and personality disorders and cognitive behavioral interventions.

- Evaluation and treatment of psychological factors affecting medical conditions
- Quality of life evaluation and behavioral intervention in oncology patients

- Neuropsychological assessment for detection and differential diagnosis of dementia and other cognitive disorders, disease staging and treatment recommendations. English- and Spanish-language neuropsychological assessments are available.
