What You Need to Know About Chemotherapy
Nurse educators provide information about chemotherapy side effects and resources for patients undergoing chemotherapy.

Let's Talk About Clinical Research
A 30-minute question-and-answer session for individuals considering clinical research participation.

Breast Cancer Support Group
Women with breast cancer meet to share their experiences and emotions.

Brighter Tomorrows

WELLNESS AND RELAXATION
Strengthening Healing
Breathing techniques introduce participants to a variety of unique breathing methods that can help decrease stress and anxiety, and increase relaxation. Guided imagery introduces participants to the power of visualization and imagination, which can assist with relaxation, reducing pain, and increasing self-awareness and emotional well-being.

Releasing Stress and Renewing Energy
